 MATERIAL: Cylinder Liners & Sleeves : Material Being Selected of Quality Casted Closed Granuals in spected CAST IRON Holding Perfect Hardness, Mechanised, tensile strength & wear resistance also it is prepared with help of vanadium, nickel, molybdenum and chromium copper.

Cylinder liners prepared for easy in fitment; To run smooth engine; For lowest fuel consumption, from standard specified graded cast iron composite with Carbon, sulfur, phosphorous, manganese, silicon.

MICRO STRUCTURE: Eutectic as BIS specification – uniform distribution of phosphate graphite flakes-pearltic structure with percentage of ferrite less than 5% is already BLACK DIAMOND has achieved by Quality control process to maintain micro structure. 

HARDNESS: Partially fully Hardened & Tempered Cylinder Liners are Durable and work with recommended hardness 45 to 50 HRC minimum.
